It is a cement-based, resin-additive, ready-made mortar used for masonry construction with aerated concrete materials. Adhesive of class C1.
→ USAGE AREAS
■ It is used in masonry with building elements such as aerated concrete and brick with high water absorption rate.
■ Suitable for leveling the laid wall surfaces, filling gaps and cracks.
→ ADVANTAGES
■ Provides good performance with high adhesion.
■ Provides comfortable working with sufficient working and crusting time.
■ Saves time and labor compared to traditional mortar.
→ PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE
■ Before application, the surface should be cleaned from mold oil, paint, dust and adherence reducers.
→ PREPARATION OF THE MORTAR
■ Aerated concrete adhesive is preferably mixed with an electric mixer.
■ 8-9 lt. water 25 kg. When preparing the bag of mortar; The plastic container is first filled with water, then mixed with aerated concrete glue added.
■ Wait 5 minutes, then re-mix.
■ The first row of aerated concrete blocks is knitted by wetting the lower and side surfaces in contact with the building mortar with water.
■ There is no need to wet the aerated concrete block when laying other rows.
■ Aerated concrete adhesive is applied to the surface with a trowel or a 10x10 wide scalloped trowel.
■ During application, horizontal and vertical joints should be maximum 3 mm.
■ Knitted blocks should be fixed by malletizing from the top and side.
→ APPLICATION DETAILS
■ The prepared mortar is applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces with a comb.
■ The placed aerated concrete block is seated by mallet from the top and side.
■ During the knitting process, the combination of columns and curtains to aerated concrete blocks should be provided with aerated concrete adhesive.
■ The first row should be knitted on the scale with cemented mortar.
■ Aerated concrete block surfaces must be moistened with water before application.
→ TERMS OF APPLICATION
■ During the application, the ambient temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C.
■ Application should not be made on frozen, melting or frost hazard surfaces within 24 hours.
